Overview
Our main goal is to help you elevate your health and wellness through our nutritional supplements. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your results! We offer a 90-Day satisfaction guarantee! All we ask is that you commit to consuming your supplements every day for at least 30 days to allow them to begin making a difference. After 30 days, if you do not feel an elevate sense of health and wellness, simply email us at hello@elevatenutritionalsupplements.com to obtain a return authorization number and then return the bottle and receive a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If your product was defective or damaged and you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@elevatenutritionalsupplements.com
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8152 Welby Park Dr, Ste B, West Jordan, Utah 84088
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
